I wrote "Yippee Yi Yo" after seeing actress Glenn Close in "Mazzy."

Her character is an actress who finally gets a movie role and says, "They've got a cowboy to train me and everything."

I went out back of my brother's house in Portsmouth, Ohio, where we'd been watching it and sat in the southern Ohio night and wrote it.
