Just tryin' to work things out,
Gets to be so hard,
Like tryin' to do away with doubt,
When it ain't in your cards.

You Know Your Heart.
Don't let it down.
Just play your part.
I'll come around.
If it's meant to be,
You and I,
We'll know.
And if it's not,
All we gotta' do is let go.
And focus on love.
Not on the problem.
If there's someone you love,
Be thinkin' of them.
Focus on love.
Not on the problem.
If there's someone you love,
Be thinkin' of them.

Just give yourself some time.
Time's all you've got,
To figure out what it is,
To figure out what it's not.

(Repeat chorus and bridge)

And focus, focus on love.
Focus, focus on love.
Focus, focus on love.

I heard two local girls sing very well and wrote this for them. I played it for them and they expressed a liking for it, began suggesting how they'd do 'trailers' of certain lines, but it never went any further than that.
